What is BARC about?

BARC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit group located in Parsons, Kansas whose mission is to help create a more animal friendly world by saving as many animals as possible from neglect, abuse, and homelessness, and to educate the public on the humane treatment of all animals in our community.
