Is it stray or feral?

Stray cats are used to human contact.  Feral cats are not.  Stray cats are also called community cats.  They may be being fed by your neighbors. Feral cats may only be visible during the night.  If you are not sure if the cats you are seeing are feral or not, please contact BARC.  It would also help to take some pictures if possible.

If you know of a feral cat or a group of feral cats, please send an email to barcmeow@gmail.com, or send BARC a message through Facebook messenger, or call 620-778-6841.  Provide the following information:

- Your Name
- Your Address, and contact number
- Where you have seen the cats and when.
- Estimated number of cats.
- Please note if the cats you see have notched ears. The notch indicates that the cat has been fixed.
